Shooting from a bow, accurately hitting the target, can usually be done by someone with a diamond eye or a well-developed technique. Nobody bothers you to practice in order to acquire this skill.
Instructions
Step 1
Choose a bow that you can bend at least a few millimeters. As for arrows, at the very beginning of training, prefer those with blunt tips. Only later, when you learn to shoot perfectly, you can use sharp tips.
Step 2
Next, decide on a shooting location. This should be a zone in which it is impossible to get into a person or an animal, that is, a completely deserted space. For this, there are specially equipped parade grounds or training halls. It is better to start training, moving away from the target by no more than 9 m.
Step 3
Build a target. This can be an ordinary round cardboard on which you want to draw circles. Try to step back from the circle you have drawn and look at your goal. The target should be represented with bright markers so that you can see it from the position from which you will shoot.
Step 4
Now, in fact, to the very process of shooting. So, take the bow with your left hand, set the arrow with the groove on the bowstring. In this case, the fingers of the right hand, middle and index, should be on opposite sides of the arrow.
Step 5
Try to pull the string back as much as possible. With your left hand, grip the bow firmly by the handle. Now raise the target to eye level so that it is on top of your hand as you grip the handle. Please note that the bow should not be placed very close to your face, otherwise the bowstring kickback while firing may injure you.
Step 6
Take in more air into the lungs, pull the string back at least 1 mm and, exhaling, release it.
Step 7
Freeze for a while after firing. Do not immediately give up, as the arrow may not have time to fly out and you have a chance to disrupt its trajectory. The next step is to analyze how well you aim in order to make the necessary adjustments on subsequent shots.
