Preparations for the New Year usually begin at the beginning of December - you want to have time for everything: think over a festive menu, a cultural program, as well as buy gifts for friends and loved ones in advance and decorate an apartment for the New Year.
By decorating our home, we thereby create a festive atmosphere in it. If you are running out of time and there is no desire to decorate the room, you can just buy a ready-made artificial Christmas tree (or a wall decoration made of pine needles). But pre-holiday worries have their own special charm, therefore, after spending a few hours decorating the house for the New Year, the holiday will take place in the most wonderful atmosphere you can imagine.
If you prefer a live Christmas tree, do not forget to put it in a special stand and dress it up in full. A Christmas tree looks best, on which all the decorations are in the same color scheme. Fans of original Christmas tree decorations can decorate the forest beauty with the most unusual items, but remember that you should not overload the Christmas tree with bulky decorations.
If you prefer to do without a Christmas tree, decorate the room with tinsel or small spruce twigs. If you have free time, you can make Christmas wreaths from spruce or pine branches - this will require strong wire and decorations for the finished wreath. To prevent the needles from falling off the wreath, spray it with water from time to time. To create a winter mood, use artificial snow - for this, a spruce branch must be dipped in a saturated saline solution (heated) and left there overnight. Dry the branch in the morning, and you will see beautiful white crystals on its needles. A small Christmas tree can be made from tinsel wrapped around a wire.
You can also decorate your home for the New Year with festive candles. Large and thick candles can be decorated with Christmas decorations and other New Year symbols. And don't forget about New Year's fragrances - get a special air freshener with the scent of pine needles or tangerines.
