Today, hookah smoking in India is not just a tradition, but also a part of the culture. If earlier only wealthy citizens could afford it for the most part, now it is available to absolutely everyone.
A little later, the hookah appeared in Egypt, Syria, Persia and Turkey. In Egypt, the hookah has been improved. They used pumpkins instead of nuts. The use of porcelain bowls was introduced in Persia. In Turkey, hookahs were very popular. It was there that they began to make glass flasks, pipe mouthpieces. In India, they smoked mostly black tobacco - tumbak.

In the modern world, hookah is no longer a luxury, it is a way to relax, rest, forget for a moment all worries and troubles. In some European countries, hookah smoking is prohibited, despite its popularity all over the world. In Russia, you can smoke hookah in almost any bar, restaurant or club.
Hookah smoking is a tradition. You need to smoke, observing some rules. First, hookah is smoked after lunch or dinner. You can combine smoking with drinking. In many places where this service is available, relaxing, calm music is played.
To create a cozy atmosphere, the smoking area must be properly decorated. It is recommended to smoke a hookah while lying or sitting on a comfortable sofa. It is advisable to use oriental symbols and toys for decoration. There must be curtains on the windows. The color scheme is also of great importance. Optimal colors in the smoking area: yellow, orange. The room should not be light. You can use a canopy, lay a beautiful oriental carpet on the floor. All this will create a pleasant atmosphere for hookah smoking, because hookah is a very old tradition.
