Instructions

Step 1

Make sure the leaves are green with no yellow or brown spots, the stems are green, not blackened at the base, and no mold. The buds should not be withered or dry. It is better to choose a plant with unblown, but slightly colored buds. If there are many small (green) buds, as a rule, then they can simply crumble. Examine the plant for pests on the leaves.

Step 2

See how the plant is watered. If the pot is light in hand, it means that the peat ball is very dry. If water oozes out when the peat is pressed, the plant is flooded. For a rose, both are bad.

Step 3

If you buy a plant during the cold season, be sure to pack it. It could be a cardboard box or newspapers. It is necessary to cover both the pot and the aboveground part. When brought home, do not unpack immediately. Let the plant warm up a little for 15-20 minutes. In the warm season, it is enough to wrap the bush from mechanical damage and wind.

Step 4

Where to put, which place to choose? Place the rose pot on a windowsill, away from batteries. It is advisable that the window is always slightly open. Roses love fresh air, but cannot stand drafts. The best place is a bright window, a loggia, where the temperature is not lower than plus 7-10. Hot and dry rooms are not for roses. In such conditions, it wastes away.

Step 5

On the first day, water your bush with a solution of heteroauxin (growth and root formation stimulant), follow the instructions. Spray the rose at least once a day when it's hot. Water in moderation. Do not overfill the bush. Feed to keep the buds open.
