Instructions

Step 1

Almost any computer has a multimedia file player - Winamp. If you don't have it, download it from the internet. To record with it - install the Streamripper program.

Step 2

After downloading, open the file and follow the instructions to install it. Once the installation is complete, open Winamp. And then go back to Streamripper, which will open automatically - you need to configure the program correctly. To do this, click on the "Options" button. A menu will open, in it select the very first tab, in it - "Connection". We press. A menu with windows appears, in which you must put a check mark. Put it in front of "Try to reconnect to the stream if it drops". This will allow the program to independently reconnect to the radio if it stops working for some time (for example, the Internet is lost).

Step 3

Now select the next tab after "Connection", namely "File". In the new menu, put a checkmark in front of "Rip to separate files", this will allow you to record everything not as a single file, but in different tracks. If this is not needed, select the item immediately below it, put a tick and enter the desired file name in the field. After selecting all the necessary settings, click "ok" to save them.

Step 4

Open the radio in Winamp. To do this, hover your mouse over it, right-click, select "Service", in it - "Options" - "General Options" - "Permanent Internet Connection". In the box below it, enter the link to the desired Internet radio. In the player, right-click on "Play". We select "Open URL", in the window that opens, we again give a link to the radio. That's it, now it is in the playlist. Start the radio station.

Step 5

Now go back to Streamripper and click "Start". The recording has gone.
