The fifth part "Heroes of Might & Magic" is considered one of the best games in the series. This is largely due to the fact that the game turned out to be not only easy to learn, but also deep enough for players to develop their own strategies and learn to bypass the pitfalls laid by the developers.
Instructions
Step 1
During the construction of cities, first of all, strengthen the fortress (for the sake of gold mining). Trying to accumulate a solid army at the initial stages is not only irrational, but also useless - players simply will not be able to quickly overcome "free" enemies and reach each other on the map. However, if you do not take care of a stable income, then serious problems with the recruitment of troops will soon begin.
Step 2
Hire many heroes. They are your eyes and hands on the map, so the number of actions you can take is directly proportional to the number of commanders. For example, by transferring a weekly army "in a chain" from one hero to another, you can move it as far as you like in one move; this is a basic technique used by almost all players. Whether to arm minor heroes is a matter of taste. Most gamers are recommended to leave the army with two or three characters in different sides of the map, and use the rest to collect weekly taxes around the territory (visits to the mill, for example).
Step 3
Maximize the utility of each week. Every Monday is notable not only for an update in the ranks of the troops, but also for a new "perk" - a feature for the next 7 days. The weeks dedicated to your race or units are very useful, for example: "The growth of the griffin is doubled." If at first this is just a cosmetic bonus, then by the end of the match it becomes a decisive factor: many players take up a tough defense until a week falls like "All the forces of the undead get x2 damage." When there are 3-4 dragons in your army, then such an advantage cannot be suppressed in principle.
Step 4
Play as different races. Playing as a single race is not only ineffective, but also harmful: only when you have "experience of communication" with all the creatures in the game, you will be able to adequately compare their strengths and weaknesses. In addition, the player has a chance to predict the actions of the opponent, which is especially useful in battle.
