Step 1
We take the required piece of wire and form a heart shape out of it. This will be the frame of the product. We fix the ends of the wire well with tape between each other.

One pack of balloons (100 pieces) is enough for the heart. We inflate them with a pump. The ball should be 10-12 cm in diameter, no more.
Step 3
It is necessary to make a bunch of 4 balls. To do this, first we form balls in pairs, and then we twist two such pairs together. We get a block of 4 of them.

We string each resulting bundle onto the frame. For fastening, it is enough to scroll between two balls from the bundle and everything will hold.
Step 5
By the same principle, we fill the entire frame with blocks of balls. And we get a beautiful result.
