Step 1
Prepare materials - large balloons with two tails on either side, small balloons with one ponytail, and decorative foil.
Step 2
In order for your composition to be stable, pour water into a small balloon, tie it and wrap it beautifully in foil, tying and straightening it around the tail of the balloon. Take the first large balloon, inflate it and tie it by the tail with an inflation hole to the tail of the water balloon that acts as a weight.
Step 3
Then, inflate another large balloon and tie it to the top closed tail of the first large balloon. In the same way, inflate the remaining large balloons and tie them by the top and bottom ponytails into a chain. There must be an even number of balls in the chain. Tie the last ball, just like the first, to the tail of the load.
Step 4
Now take two small balloons, inflate them and tie them together. Inflate and tie two more balls, then connect them with the previous ones, creating a bunch of four balls. Count the number of straps between the large balls that you chain.
Step 5
Make the same number of "fours" from the small balls. When you're done, start attaching the four-ball bunches to the jumpers between the larger balls, twisting the small balls around the larger ones.
Step 6
Give the design a heart shape by connecting the two halves. Additionally, you can decorate the heart with bows, beads and other decorative items.
Step 7
The balloon heart is attached to the wall of the room with double-sided tape.
