Anyone who has seen a stereoscopic film at least once would probably like to shoot something like that himself. Well, that's quite possible. True, the method of obtaining a volumetric image will be used in a slightly different way.

Instructions

Step 1

Use the so-called Pulfrich effect to obtain a stereo effect. Its essence is as follows. If you cover one eye with a neutral, slightly darkening filter, then all objects moving along the screen horizontally in the corresponding direction will appear to be located closer than the screen is actually located, and moving horizontally in the opposite direction - farther than the screen is actually located business.

Step 2

To get this effect, first of all prepare special glasses. To do this, take the required number of pairs of unnecessary sunglasses (by the number of viewers). They shouldn't be too dark. Remove one glass from each pair (all have the same side), and leave the opposite glasses.

Step 3

Then purchase any camcorder. Even a very old analogue will do, which can be bought at an auction very cheaply. But a cell phone with a video recording function may not work: when objects move in jerks, the Pulfrich effect does not occur.

Step 4

Now you have everything you need to shoot. It must be done in motion. You can walk, you can ride a bike, bus, car, etc. The main thing is not to operate the vehicle and the camera at the same time - for safety reasons. In this case, the camera itself should be directed sideways: if the glass on the glasses is left, then to the left, if it is right, then to the right, and the objects of photography should be as stationary as possible.

Step 5

If you need to shoot a stationary object in stereoscopic view, use another method. Place it on the turntable, spin it up and start shooting.

Step 6

Now, when viewing, simply put on the stereoscopic glasses you have prepared in advance - and you will see a very pronounced stereo effect. So that it does not disappear, you can cut out all scenes where there is no movement when editing a movie.
