Traditionally, on March 8, schoolchildren and kindergarten children draw portraits of their mothers. And if it is important for the latter to convey their feelings to the closest person, then older guys, as a rule, try to achieve similarities with the original.

Instructions

Step 1

Lay the sheet horizontally and draw a rectangle in the center. Turn the sheet over. Divide your rectangle into four parts, these are the guidelines for the contours of the face. The first line is the topmost one, it should run just below the middle of the forehead. The second line - it is on it that the eyes should be located. The third line is the lowest, along which the tip of the nose will be equal.

Step 2

Draw a vertical line from the beginning to the end of your rectangle, and then round it so that you get the oval of the face.

Step 3

Start drawing the eyes on the second reference line. To do this, make two horizontal marks on the vertical line, they will mean the nose, or rather, its length, and two vertical marks showing the width of the bridge of the nose.

Step 4

Step back to both sides of the nose the same distance, equal to the width of the top of the nose. Put dots in these places - they will be the beginning of each of the eyes.

Step 5

Mark out the eyes by placing a second dot on the other edge of the eye. In this case, the distance from point to point on one side must be equal to the distance from point to point on the other. This is necessary in order for the eyes to be the same size.

Step 6

Draw the eye itself, rounding it and lengthening it slightly towards the bridge of the nose. Draw the pupil envelope. Shade it a little, leaving a small light spot, so you "make" the eyes shine. The pupil should be the darkest, the speck is lighter. Draw the second eye.

Step 7

Draw smooth lines connecting all the marks left for the nose. Extend the line slightly downward to form the nasal wings, darken the nasal cavities a little with a pencil.

Step 8

Draw arched brows. Use short, intermittent strokes to add volume to the brows.

Step 9

Draw the lips just below the last horizontal line. In this case, the edge of the lower lip should be located in the middle of the lower rectangle.

Step 10

Draw the hair using smooth lines. In case they are short, you need to draw the ears. The location of the ears is from the middle of the eye to the very tip of the nose. Erase all unnecessary lines.
