Step 1
Let the bracelet that you made or received as a gift be great. But do not throw it away or redirect it! And so I do not want him to gather dust in the box. Then it is worth trying to reduce the length a little.

The easiest way to do this is if the bracelet is made of threads. For work, you need scissors and tape (for convenience). Attach the bauble with duct tape, for example, to the table. This is best done with the main body, leaving only the small end free. Usually the pattern is separated from the strings by a knot. But pay attention, if the ties are very long, then you can simply cut them off. And if the part itself where the drawing is located is large, then you will have to reduce it.
Step 3
Untie the knot first. If the ties are in the form of pigtails, then untwist (but only on one side). Next, also carefully begin to unweave the bauble itself, where the drawing is located. Mouline baubles are woven in double knots. Therefore, be careful. After the required amount is unbraided (this can be determined by eye or measured on the hand), tie a knot back and make a tie. All is ready!
Step 4
If the bracelet is made of beads, then the situation is a little more complicated. Sometimes fasteners are made at the ends. One can be carefully removed from either side, pull out the required amount of beads, then make a clasp back. If it is not there, then you will have to look for the place where the fishing line is tied on the bracelet. This place may not be very noticeable, since there is a very small knot, and all excess line is cut off. It is unlikely that you can remove the beads from both ends and then tie back. This will most likely not work, because there is little fishing line. But if you yourself know how to weave from beads, then try remaking the bracelet. If not, then it is better not to touch it.
Step 5
Some bracelets are made of different beads with an elastic band. There should be no problem with her. The main thing is to hold the beads and elastic well so as not to lose anything. So cut off the right amount and tie it.
