Step 1
Ties from roses look stylish on the curtains. To make flowers from fabric with your own hands, you do not need expensive material, the remnants of ribbons, organza, silk will do. Cut out oblique strips of silk: for large buds, size 60x10, for small buds - 50x8 and for very small ones - 30x7 cm. Fold the ribbons in half and iron. Secure them with a basting stitch. At the end of sewing, do not tear off the thread, but pull it off by twisting the fabric into a rose. Sew through the base with a needle.
Step 2
For an artistic effect, make the buds in two shades. The center is made of a fabric of a brighter color; for small ones, take a fabric of lighter colors. Prepare a little more flowers than you need, of all kinds of shades. When creating a composition, you can choose more successful combinations. As you can see, making flowers from fabric is a simple and exciting activity.
Step 3
Make twigs - cut the strips also obliquely, measuring 60x3 cm, bend in half and sew on the foot. Using a needle and thread, turn the workpiece over your face. Insert a soft wire into the resulting cord and divide it into two parts, 40 and 20 cm each. Give the twigs a spiral shape by winding them onto a bobbin of thread.
Step 4
Make the base of the grip by duplicating it with sturdy fabric. Sew the strings to it. Cut off excess allowances from the flowers, use a thermo-gun with a silicone glue stick to glue the central large roses to the support, then place the middle ones. Glue the twigs, and scatter small flowers over them.
