Ordinary paper napkins will help you decorate the festive table, make an original panel for the kitchen or nursery, or arrange a kindergarten group for the spring holiday. The industry produces napkins of all colors and shades, which allows a person with imagination to create very original compositions. You can make a beautiful flower from a napkin in a few minutes.
It is necessary
- - paper napkins;
- - colored tape;
- - wire;
- - paper vase;
- - scissors;
- - PVA glue.
Instructions
Step 1
The easiest way to make asters from napkins. Take 2-3 napkins of the same color. They are already folded four times. Fold the squares together, matching all sides and corners. With a slight movement of scissors, turn the square into a circle. The compass is not necessary in this case, great accuracy is not needed. On the contrary, the flower will look more natural if the edges of the petals are slightly uneven.
Step 2
Hold the layers together in the middle with a drop of glue. There is no need to separate them, just drip PVA glue onto the top and bottom layers. You can do without glue altogether by connecting the layers with cotton thread, one or two stitches.
Step 3
Take the workpiece by the center of the lower circle. Pull it out a little and crumple it to make a sharp end. Cover it with green tape. Spread out the petals. Your aster is ready. You can make a carnation in the same way. To do this, it is enough to cut out circles from the squares not with straight lines, but with curly scissors. Now you can attach your flower, for example, to a wire, which is better to wrap with a green napkin ribbon. Place your creation in a vase. It can be made using papier-mâché or origami techniques.
Step 4
To make a lily, you only need one napkin, also folded in four. Fold it diagonally from closed corner to open corner. Cut off the half-open corners from the top of the open to about the middle of the side. If you do it in an arc, the flower will look more natural.
Step 5
Squeeze the closed corner and wrap with green tape. One layer is enough. Spread the petals. Plant the flower on the wire. Bring the end of the wire into the calyx of the flower and attach a yellow or orange cotton swab to it. The swab can be replaced with a ball rolled from a piece of napkin of the corresponding color. For the lily itself, of course, a white napkin is more suitable, but you can take it with a small pattern and with a border around the edge.
