I propose to create a summer mood with the help of bright flowers-pom-poms from ordinary napkins. Even a child can make them!

Step 1
To make flower pom-poms, we need ordinary white napkins, which are sold in every supermarket. They would look a little boring in white, so we added some color.
So, we take a few napkins and carefully paint them with felt-tip pens. Then we pour a small amount of water onto a napkin so that the paint spreads. We put the napkins to dry unfolded, for example, on a battery, just be sure to lay a plastic bag, otherwise the napkin may stick. You can, of course, use ready-made multi-colored napkins.
Step 2
We fold the napkin like an accordion. Tie tightly with a thread in the middle. At the same time, leave a small supply of thread in order to then hang the pompom. The edges of the folded napkin are carefully cut in a circle with scissors. Now carefully fold the edges of the napkin and form a pompom. If you want the pompom to be more fluffy, put two napkins together.
Step 3
A composition of multi-colored pom-poms will look especially beautiful. Try experimenting and creating options with different shades.
