Napkins are appropriate and even necessary on any festive table. Thanks to the napkins, you can get rid of vegetable oil on your lips or cheeks, blot the wine stain on a new tablecloth, and so on. However, regular paper napkins can also be used to decorate the table. To do this, they need to be beautifully folded into a napkin holder.

Step 1
So, with the help of one-color, colored or patterned paper napkins, you can give the festive table even more solemnity. And it is better to take several napkin holders - they will not be superfluous.

If the napkin holder is round and looks like a glass, you can fold the napkin like this: take a paper napkin, unfold it into a large square, and then fold it diagonally. You will have a triangle. Next, gently twist the napkin into a tube with both hands, starting at the wide side and heading towards the top of the folded triangle.
Step 3
After rolling the entire napkin into a tube, fold it in half, and then insert it into the napkin holder. Do the same with subsequent napkins, inserting them one by one into the napkin holder. By the way, this method is called "Candle", and it is best to make "candles" from single-colored large napkins.
Step 4
If your napkin holders are flat and require simple insertion of napkins, you can vary the process by using napkins of different colors. You can put them in a napkin holder, alternate by color.
Step 5
You can also form flat shapes from napkins. In this case, it is better to use the same square napkins, but of a small shape. Take a napkin and fold it to form a triangle. And then lay it out in such a way that the sharp corners of the triangles form a kind of fan.
