Preparing for the prom is time consuming. This is by no means the two or three weeks that pass between the "last bell" and the prom night. As a rule, preparation for this evening begins after the New Year holidays, less often at the beginning of spring. After all, you need to raise money, prepare speeches, order a banquet hall, buy outfits. A graduation party happens only once in a lifetime. This is a sad holiday with tears in my eyes. Official part
The formal part is the most touching part of the prom. Here, certificates are awarded and heartfelt speeches are delivered. The first to speak here is the headmaster. As a rule, no one listens to the speech of high-ranking officials during the ceremonial part, but not during the prom.

Certificates can be awarded both immediately after the director's speech, and at the end of the ceremonial part - the script and the order of the speech are negotiated in advance. Banquet
After the official part, everyone goes to the farewell banquet. The list of those invited to the banquet should also be drawn up in advance. In accordance with this list, the number of seats in the restaurant is ordered and the banquet menu is selected. Graduates of recent years prefer to hold their graduation banquets separately from their parents and teachers - a separate table is set for this. This should be noted when planning your prom.
The banquet also includes the entertainment part of the evening - dances, competitions, performances by artists or students of other, non-graduation classes. In order for the evening to pass at its best, it is necessary to invite the host. You can also invite entertainers to have live music at the banquet. The scenario of the holiday is developed by the organizing committee, which includes the school administration, representatives of the teaching staff (class teacher), the parent committee and representatives of the alumni directly. Hall decoration
Special attention should be paid to the decoration of the hall. The graduating class can prepare a wall newspaper in which the achievements of each student will be described throughout the entire period of study. On the walls, posters are hung with parting words and wishes to graduates. You can hold exhibitions of the best essays, tests or reports.

Various little things
The prom night should be remembered. Therefore, you should discuss in advance the photo and / or video filming of the holiday. At the end of the evening, fireworks can be arranged if the area permits. Instead of pyrotechnics, you can use pigeons or butterflies, but such fireworks are best done at the beginning of the holiday and indoors.
