Step 1
If you want to decorate your knitted sweater with a yoke collar, it couldn't be easier. Cast on the circular knitting needles (the shape of the neckline does not matter). Knit in a circle with an elastic band, or with a front stitch, or with the main pattern of your product. The size of the collar depends on your desire, but not less than the height of your neck, multiplied by 2. If you knit with a pattern, then the front side of the collar will be inside out. During the knitting process, the product can be tried on to adjust the length of the clamp. Close the loops at the desired length.
Step 2
If you decide to make the collar a separate piece of clothing, knit like this. Cast on the knitting needles the number of loops required to obtain the desired clamp width. Join knitting in a circle. Knit with elastic, garter stitch, or choose a pattern for your garment. The height of the clamp depends entirely on your desire.
