Step 1

Start by planning and drawing up the design of the future airplane. Use ready-made drawings of the aircraft or order them from the design office. Step 2

Craft an airplane fuselage. Use a roll frame and wooden parts in the construction. Strengthen the part of the apparatus structure where the engine will be located additionally so that the base can bear the additional load.

Step 3

Make the wings of an airplane, guided by the drawings. In this case, it is required to precisely observe the aerodynamic characteristics of the wing profile. In addition, the wings of an airplane must be symmetrical and of equal weight. Make the wing and fuselage skin of fiberglass. After assembling the wings, install them on the fuselage, paying particular attention to the reliability of the fastening.

Step 7

Have an experienced pilot fly the airplane for the first time. The aircraft should be run-in at low altitudes in compliance with safety precautions. At this stage, identify design flaws and take steps to eliminate them.
