Step 1
Before hammering a hookah, you need to prepare. The temperature of the inhaled smoke is very important for the hookah. The colder the smoke, the more pleasant the sensation. To achieve this, you need to get ice from the freezer of the refrigerator and put a hookah hose there.

Then water is poured into the flask and ice is added. There should be such an amount of ice that during the entire smoking time the ice should float inside the flask. Also keep in mind that as the ice melts, the amount of water will increase.
Step 3
If charcoal is used, then it must be put on the stove to warm up. If self-igniting coal or electric coal is available, then this step is skipped.
Step 4
Then put the pre-selected tobacco into the cup. You can use one type of tobacco, you can use a mixture of tobaccos (mixes). The main task when stacking tobacco is not to compress the tobacco too much so that air can pass into it.
Step 5
The tobacco cup is then covered with a double layer of aluminum foil and squeezed from the bottom of the cup. After that, a toothpick or needle is taken, and with the help of it, many small holes are made in the upper part of the cup on the surface of the foil.

After that, hot coal is placed on the side of the center of the bowl. Care must be taken to ensure that the coal does not lie clearly in the middle. This position of coal can only be at the end of smoking.
Step 7
Then a hose is taken out of the freezer and attached to the hookah. The hookah is smoked with deep, but not too strong breaths. If it is difficult to inhale, you need to check the hose, or the depth of immersion of the tube in the shaft.
