Instructions
Step 1
Take a regular sheet. It is desirable that it be rectangular or square. Bend it strictly in half. If this factor is not taken into account, then the paper boat can turn out to be lopsided.
Step 2
On the side where you have the fold, bend the corners of the sheet on both sides, observing their symmetry. It is very important that you get a kind of isosceles triangle, the apex of which would be exactly in the middle of the sheet.
Step 3
The next step is to bend one sheet upwards from the bottom and turn its corners to the other side (as shown in the figure). Then turn the product over with the back facing you and repeat the same procedure.
It is noteworthy that if you spread such a "bag" and then bend the lower parts of the corners up, you get a great sun cap that will protect your head from heatstroke in the heat. It all depends on the size of the original sheet.
Step 4
So: then open the triangle, and then fold it in the opposite direction so that the result is a rhombus.
Step 5
Bend the free corners of the rhombus to the top.
Step 6
Then you need to shift the figure again so that the rhombus comes out of the resulting triangle.
Step 7
Bend the free corners of the rhombus to the top.
Step 8
Now you need to "lightly move your hand" to stretch the triangles resulting from our manipulations in different directions.
