Lovers of creative and original can decorate their living room with an unusual pillow composition in the form of a fire.
It is necessary
- Crepe satin:
- - yellow - 0.5 m;
- - red - 0.7 m;
- - white - 0.8 m;
- - green (for a leaf);
- - brown gabardine fabric (for log pillows) - 0.5 m;
- - thin black braid - 2-3 m;
- - synthetic winterizer;
- - adhesive tape;
Instructions
Step 1
To make a fire pillow, draw a silhouette of a fire on the seamy side of the red fabric. Putting white under the red fabric, paint the flames. Draw a small fire on a yellow cloth. Cut out the details.
Step 2
For pads-logs, make two rectangles, and from white crepe-satin cut circles with a diameter equal to the width of the log with allowance for seams. If you wish, you can carve out a knot.
Draw a leaf on a green cloth and cut it out.
Step 3
Applique fire: zigzag stitch a detail of a red fire on a white one, and then on a red one - yellow, after chipping them with needles.
When both pillow halves are ready, sew them along the edge on a sewing machine, leaving a separate area for turning inside out.
Unscrew the pillow, fill it with padding polyester and manually sew the open area with a blind stitch.
Step 4
Sew log pillows. Stitch the braid on the log circles.
Prepare a leaf and a twig, manually sew it to a log.
Sew circles with annual rings to the details for the logs and make a seam lengthwise, leaving room for turning out.
After turning out the pillows, fill them with padding polyester and sew up the hole.
