The blush and gold of the sun, animals and plants of Russia - all this is reflected in the rich drawings of Khokhloma. The patterns of this painting are luminous, emitting hot heating rays. The drawings were built based on the shape of the object on which they were applied. The craftsmen distinguished the bottom, and already from it the ornament diverged in all directions.

Instructions
Step 1
Distinguish between riding Khokhloma painting and background. The riding pattern is done with rounded soft plastic strokes depicting curly grass. Background painting is done on a black or red field with gold patterns.
Step 2
If you are making a horse drawing, the main color of the item should be gold or silver. The ornament is divided into three types: painting "under the berry" or "under the leaf", "herbal" painting, "mushroom" or "gingerbread". "Grass" is similar to the well-known and familiar plants: meadow, white-grass, sedge.
Step 3
Cover the board with gold paint and, when dry, paint out the semicircles and curls of grass in black and red. Collect plants in dense, lush bushes and scatter individual items throughout the field. With such strokes, you can depict a chicken or cockerel pecking red berries.
Step 4
Include single leaves, "tasty" berries and fruits, curly flowers in your drawing. In this case, you will receive a painting "under the berry". Larger strokes and shapes can be made here. Round fruits and oval leaves - get ideas from nature. Draw chamomile, bell, grape leaves, strawberries, currant bunches, gooseberries, cranberries.
Step 5
Collect three to five leaves, draw berries under them with a poke of a brush, place all this near the curl of the stem. If the area to be painted is large enough, use larger elements: cherries, strawberries, bunches of grapes and its vine. In this type of painting, you can apply new colors - green, brown, yellow.
Step 6
"Gingerbread" or "gingerbread" contain basically a geometric figure: a square, a rhombus, a rectangle. In the center, depict the sun with beams curled around it.
Step 7
"Background" Khokhloma letter is divided into painting "kudrinu" and painting "under the background". The elements of the picture remain the same, the same stems, grass, leaves, berries and birds, but the ornament is more voluminous. Place layers of details on top of the painted background. The background "gold" will shine through the silhouettes of fantastic animal plants.
Step 8
"Kudrina" contains a large number of golden curls and resembles a carpet with its dense filling. It needs to be painted with thin brushes over a spot of paint. Plant a brushstroke of gold and paint curls on it to create the image of a plant or bird.
