A bright knitted rug doesn't have to be complicated. See how easy it is to decorate your home with your own hands.
Knitting from motifs is a great way to make many original things. But motives don't have to be complicated to get a beautiful thing.
Collect the remnants of thread for this bright and cozy rug, the more contrasting and brighter the colors of the yarn, the better. You will also need a crochet hook that fits the thread and a burlap needle (to sew parts of the rug).
This rug is knitted in small identical squares (the size will depend on the thickness of the yarn, as well as the knitting density, which is individual for each person). To begin with, crochet a chain of 20-30 loops, then on this chain - a square with single crochet stitches. Change color every row or two. Tie each square with one row of single crochets (in the photo - beige). If you want to get such a rug as in the photo, you will need to knit 15 identical squares. After all the squares are tied and tied in the same color, sew them in rows. Tie the resulting rug again in the same color, with two or three rows of single crochets or one or two rows of single crochets.
Useful advice: in this way, of course, you can knit a blanket, decorative pillowcases for pillows, but then you should choose a thinner yarn than for a rug.
