It is necessary

  • - plastic work surface or oilcloth;
  • - a metal mold in the form of a wing;
  • - polymer clay of four colors: brown, white, red and black;
  • - a piece of copper wire;
  • - nippers;
  • - toothpicks;
  • - medium-sized black seed beads.

Instructions

Step 1

Take a ball of white clay the size of a large grape and shape it into a cone. This will be the basis for the angel figurine. Don't worry about the prints left on the clay, you can paint over them later.

Step 2

Roll out a piece of white clay so that you can wrap a cone into it. Having formed beautiful folds on it, we get angelic clothes.

Step 3

Next, roll a small piece of white clay into a sausage - its diameter should be slightly thinner than a pencil, and its length should be about 3 cm. Then make two small balls of brown clay and attach them to both ends of the resulting sausage. The angel's handles are ready, it remains only to connect them to the body with a toothpick.

Step 4

The next step is making the head. To do this, form a medium-sized ball out of brown clay, make holes for the eyes with a toothpick and insert two black beads into them. Then make a nose for the angel out of a small piece of clay and paint him a smile. Put the finished head on a toothpick and attach it to the body.

Step 5

Form a small heart out of red clay and insert it into the angel's hands. This must be done very carefully so as not to damage the figure.

Step 6

Now you can start making your hair. To do this, cut many small strips of different lengths from black clay and twist them into spirals. Attach the finished strands to the crown, fixing them with a piece of copper wire imitating a halo.

Step 7

Take a metal mold and extrude two wings out of the white clay. Use a toothpick to make various irregularities on them. Cut a small piece of wire, insert one end into the wing, and attach it to the body with the other end. Do the same with the second wing.

Step 8

If desired, the finished figurine of an angel can be varnished with fine sparkles.
