Polymer clay is an ideal material for creating miniature masterpieces. A mug decorated with a clay dog will be an excellent gift for loved ones and will warm you in cold weather.
It is necessary
- - polymer white, caramel, black, chocolate, orange, pink clay;
- - glue "Moment" ("Titanium");
- - Cup;
- - degreaser;
- - cotton pad;
- - white acrylic paint;
- - stationery knife;
- - pin;
- - extruder;
- - dots (modeling tools).
Instructions
Step 1
Form 2 balls out of white polymer clay: one 16 mm (for the head), the other 13 mm (for the body).
Place the balls on the mug. The head should be an inverted triangle with soft angles, and the body should be teardrop-shaped.
Step 2
Make 2 drops of 20 mm in size to create convex parts on the muzzle of caramel clay, an arc of 28 mm. Make a 3mm black clay spout.
Step 3
Place the details on the dog's face and smooth it with the Modeling Tool. Use a pin to "notch" all over the body to create fur.
Step 4
Draw dimples where the eyes are placed with a dots or a round pin. Prepare two drops (25 mm) from the white clay for the feet, two caramel drops of 45 mm for the ears.
Step 5
Roll out 2 sticks 20 mm long from caramel-colored clay, connecting with a 5 mm piece of white clay. These will be the legs.
Step 6
Attach the pieces to the body by making the notches with a pin. Form the tracks and fingers from the pink clay. Cut a triangle out of black clay for the nose, 2 circles for the pupils, 3 thin sausages: one for the nose, two eyelashes.
Step 7
Prepare 2 chocolate clay circles and 4 small white dots for the eyes. Cut a triangle out of black clay for the nose, 2 circles for the pupils, 3 thin sausages: one for the nose, two eyelashes.
Step 8
Prepare 2 chocolate clay circles and 4 small white dots for the eyes. Prepare 2 chocolate clay circles and 4 small white dots for the eyes.
Step 9
Transfer the tracks to the legs, form the fingers with a dots. Place the triangle in place of the nose. Move the brown eye circles into the eye sockets first, then the black pupils.
Step 10
Then draw snowflakes in the eyes of the dog with white dots. Place two caramel-colored arches (eyelids) over the eyes, and from them - thin black sausages-arrows.
Step 11
Use the extruder to make 7 orange "strings" for the hat and scarf. "Tie" the scarf by twisting 2 "threads" together with a movement towards you. Twist the next 2 "threads" together with a movement away from you.
Step 12
Connect the two blanks to form a braid and place it on the neck of the animal. Thus, "tie" the hat. On top of the hat, make a pompom out of pink clay.
Step 13
After correcting all the shortcomings, send the dog figurine on a mug to bake in the oven in accordance with the instructions indicated on the polymer clay package.
Step 14
After baking, carefully remove the figurine using a clerical knife. Having degreased the place of gluing, fix the dog with epoxy glue ("Moment", "Titanium"). Wait 24 hours for the figurine to adhere perfectly.
Step 15
Wait 24 hours for the figurine to adhere perfectly. Add a snowball to the mug with acrylic paint. Draw snowflakes, dots, crosses with a thin brush or dots. Wait until it is completely dry.
