Balloons were invented quite a long time ago, but people are still admired by their design and the ability to easily rise into the air, despite their large size. Most often, people associate a balloon with a huge vehicle, but in reality, the balloon can be small, and you can make a small structure that can fly into the air with your own hands.
It is necessary
- - papyrus paper,
- - thick paper,
- - twine,
- - wood glue,
- - glue brushes,
- - scissors,
- - triangle,
- - ruler,
- - pencil.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare materials for the balloon - thin and light tissue paper, heavyweight paper, thin string, and wood glue. You will also need glue brushes, scissors, a triangle, a long ruler, and a pencil.
Step 2
In order for a two-meter-diameter figure glued from paper to resemble a ball, you will have to glue it from sixteen separate parts. Draw a pattern of parts, choosing in advance the size of all stripes, and make templates out of thick paper, according to which you will cut the final parts from tissue paper.
Step 3
Each detail looks like an elongated narrow oval, pointed on both sides. The top and bottom tips of all pieces should fit together to form the bottom and top tops of your ball.
Step 4
Glue the cardboard blanks with wood glue and dry thoroughly. Then lay the glued cardboard on a flat surface - such as the floor - and nail the center of the sheet with nails. Pull a thin string between the nails and draw the vertical axis of the ball under it.
Step 5
Divide the pattern into segments equal to 200 mm, and draw straight lines perpendicular to the vertical axis, then set aside from each of the lines to the right and left along a segment of the desired length. Connect the dots with smooth lines to get a balloon pattern.
Step 6
Cut out the outline to start cutting the tissue paper ball strips. Lay the sheets of tissue paper in a "ladder" and coat them with glue. Glue the finished cut parts from tissue paper together with the edges. The edges of all workpieces must be exactly one above the other.
Step 7
Place the template on the folded blanks and secure all sixteen strips of the ball in the desired position, taking into account an allowance of 10 cm on each side for the final gluing of the strips. Glue the ball and place the burner in it.
