A mirror is a smooth surface designed to reflect light. The most famous example is a flat mirror. Using two pencils HB (medium) and B (soft), it is easy to draw it on paper. First, learn how to draw it without reflection.

Instructions
Step 1
Get your materials ready. Draw a 15 x 10 cm rectangle in the center of the paper with a pencil. Divide its sides in half with perpendicular lines. Mark the points where the lines touch the rectangle. It turned out 4 points, two horizontal and two vertical. Draw an oval along these points. Use the pencil to trace the shape again to sharpen it. Use the eraser to remove the lines and rectangle.
Step 2
Take a soft B pencil and begin to paint over the oval with light pressure. The lines should be soft and flowing. With a hard pencil on the left side, paint over half of the mirror to get a reflection of the shadow. Use your finger to blend lightly on the dark and light sides to make it look like a mirror image. Then add some dashes along the top and bottom of the mirror.
Step 3
Draw the frame for the mirror in the form of light patterns that resemble waves. They are drawn in a semicircle shape. Set it to a normal thickness so you can see the frame. On its left side, add a faint shadow with a soft pencil, blend with your finger.
Step 4
The image of an object on the mirror requires care. To do this, place, for example, a vase in front of a mirror. It's best to place it closer to the left edge of the mirror, so the composition will be interesting. The shape of the vase corresponds to the reflection, but you need to draw it, tilting it back a little. To do this, draw a silhouette of a vase with a soft pencil, depicting it "lying". Then, with a medium pencil, carefully paint over it and add a shadow on the right, rub the dark and light side with small strokes. Then paint in the shadow behind the vase on the right side of it. It should look like a clear reflection.
