Once in the Volga Federal District, a local airsoft championship was held. The participants of the event approached the matter more than seriously, and the team, which was denigrated as winners, even brought with them special equipment for listening to the radio broadcast. The favorites were sure that if they knew what the enemy was talking about, they would achieve victory. Imagine the surprise of the professionals when they were defeated with the help of a simple intercom, familiar even to children.

How to make an intercom

It is necessary

  • - two paper cups;
  • - twine;
  • - duct tape.

Instructions

Step 1

To create one two-way conversation line, you need two household paper cups with a paper weight of at least 300 grams per square centimeter. Large coffee cups are ideal, the price of which does not exceed three rubles in retail sale. Make a small hole in the center of the bottom of each glass, the diameter of the hole should be slightly less than the diameter of the string you are using.

Step 2

Insert the string into the holes you made, tying strong knots at the ends so that these knots are on the inside of the bottom of the cup. As a string, you can use any dense rope of sufficient softness with a diameter not exceeding three millimeters. Cored wires, cables and ropes will not work for creating an intercom.

Step 3

Fasten the knots of the twine with duct tape. This will require a very small amount of tape, and it is advisable to fasten the nodes in such a way that the edges of the fastening piece of adhesive tape do not go beyond the boundaries of the bottom of the glass.

Step 4

After the operations done, the twine must be pulled in such a way that it does not touch foreign objects. When the string is stretched, the intercom enters the active mode of use. A glass serves as both a microphone and a speaker - you just need to put it to your ear after the spoken phrase.
