Instructions
Step 1
Make sure your work area is completely ready. Spread some paper or oilcloth in case the pencil lead breaks. Using a clerical knife, cut a small piece from the main pencil.
Step 2
Gently shake off any leftover lead from the pencil. Using sandpaper, you can sand the edges of the pencil.
Step 3
With the help of sandpaper, you can give any shape to your workpiece.
Step 4
Use an awl to pierce the middle of the workpiece. Be careful.
Step 5
Now all you have to do is thread the string through the harness. The same operation can be done with a sharpened pencil.
