Muslim Magomayev's wife is Tamara Sinyavskaya, Soviet and Russian opera singer, teacher. Almost all the women of the country were in love with the famous singer Magomayev. Education and career of Tamara Sinyavskaya
Tamara Ilyinichna Sinyavskaya was born in Moscow on July 6, 1943. The girl was fond of songs from the age of six. Therefore, after graduating from school, Tamara entered the Music School at the Moscow Conservatory. The girl was identified as a dramatic mezzo-soprano. She combined her studies at the school with work at the Maly Theater - she sang in the stage choir.
After college, she continued her studies and in 1970 received a diploma from GITIS (class of D. B. Belyavskaya, faculty of musical comedy). However, already in 1964 she passed the competition at the Bolshoi Theater and was enrolled in the trainee group.
Tamara Sinyavskaya's debut on the stage of the theater took place in G. Verdi's opera Rigoletto, she sang the part of Page. As a soloist of the Bolshoi Theater, the singer worked from 1964 to 2002.
At the same time, Tamara was actively involved in various musical productions of theaters in the capital and other cities. Between 1973 and 1974, she trained at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan, where she sang the roles of Carmen, Ulrika and Azucena, as well as the mezzo-soprano role in Verdi's Requiem.
In 1982, Sinyavskaya was awarded the title of People's Artist of the USSR. Her career developed rapidly and went beyond the borders of the country. Tamara has performed in opera houses in the USA, Spain, Italy, France, Belgium, Japan, Australia and other countries.
Gradually, the singer developed an extensive concert activity with solo performances in the largest halls around the world. Her concert repertoire includes the most complex works by P. I. Tchaikovsky, S. S. Prokofiev, M. de Falla and other composers. Sinyavskaya toured a lot with concerts, offering opera arias, romances. Since 2005, the singer herself has been teaching at GITIS, and since 2008 she has headed the department of vocal art.

At the time of her acquaintance with Magomayev, Tamara was married to a ballet dancer. Magomayev in his youth married a classmate named Ophelia, the couple had a daughter. However, this relationship quickly ended, and Magomayev soon became free.
In 1972, already being a popular artist of the Bolshoi Theater, Tamara Sinyavskaya came to Baku for the festival of Russian art. It was there that the future spouses were introduced by Robert Rozhdestvensky and his wife. Tamara and Muslim liked each other at first sight and spent most of their time together at the festival.
Despite the fact that soon Sinyavskaya flew to Italy for an internship, she did not stop communicating with Magomayev. Every day, the singer called his beloved in another country, they talked on the phone for a long time. Magomayev knew how to look after his chosen one beautifully and often did unpredictable actions. For example, he sent his beloved to Italy huge bouquets of flowers.
Since the singer's chosen one was still officially married, Muslim could not propose to her. But in 1974 Tamara took the first step - she filed for divorce from her husband. The final decision on the marriage union was helped by the lovers to make their mutual friend Tahir Salakhov. He literally demanded a passport from both of them and promised to arrange everything himself.

Tamara Sinyavskaya and Muslim Magomayev signed on November 23, 1974. The wedding took place in the capital's restaurant "Baku", one hundred guests were invited to it. The first years of marriage were not easy for the spouses. Both are bright outstanding singers and strong creative personalities, widely known and loved by the public.
At first, there were quarrels in the family, annoying misunderstandings. Over time, Tamara began to philosophically look at the dramatic moments of life together. Muslim Magomayev also noted that a smooth and conflict-free life often indicates indifference between spouses.
Despite the dramatic episodes at the beginning of their joint journey, they lived a happy family life and even performed together on stage in the genre of a vocal duet. Tamara Ilyinichna's interest was nourished by the talent, unpredictability, difficult character of Magomayev, and Muslim remained fascinated by this beautiful woman for the rest of his life.
Throughout 35 years of marriage, the husband loved to delight his spouse with gifts, constantly brought flowers. Tamara was with Magomayev in his last minutes. On October 25, 2008, Muslim Magometovich Magomayev passed away.
