Valentina Malyavina: first love and early marriage

The first wife of Alexander Zbruev was the recognized beauty of the Soviet screen Valentina Malyavina. The future "stars" met during their school years. According to Malyavina, she fell in love with Alexander at first sight, meeting him at a dance. The young man, already at that time enjoying great success with the representatives of the opposite sex, also could not resist the big-eyed, black-haired beauty.

Immediately after leaving school, secretly from their parents, the young people registered a marriage. It soon became clear that Valentina was expecting a baby. However, the parents of the young spouses were against his birth, believing that Valya and Alexander were still too young. As a result, Valentina was forced to terminate her pregnancy, forever depriving her of the opportunity to experience the happiness of motherhood. Her relationship with Alexander also deteriorated, because he really wanted a child and blamed his wife for what happened.

There were other reasons why the first marriage of Alexander Zbruev was short-lived. Already during her first year at the Shchukin Theater School, Valentina Malyavina was invited to one of the roles in Andrei Tarkovsky's debut film Ivan's Childhood. During the filming, an affair happened between a beautiful and talented actress and a brilliant director. He wanted to live with her all his life and shoot her in all his films, but the lovers were not free. With the end of filming, the relationship between the director and his muse ended.

Soon Valentina met another talented director and a very kind person Pavel Arsenov. This time, the feelings were so serious that Malyavina officially divorced her husband and entered into a second marriage. Arsenov filmed her in the role of the beautiful Angela in the musical fairy tale "The Deer King", but this marriage broke up even before the end of filming. Valentina met a new love: the actor Alexander Kaidanovsky. Interestingly, due to the wayward character of his wife, who ran away from him right from the set, Pavel Arsenov had to leave the ending of The Deer King open.

The further fate of Valentina Malyavina was tragic. She began to drink, then went to jail on charges of murdering her common-law husband, actor Stas Zhdanko. In 2001, the actress lost her eyesight and today lives in a small boarding house near Moscow.

Lyudmila Savelyeva: a strong family

The second wife of Alexander Zbruev was the famous Natasha Rostova - actress Lyudmila Savelyeva. They met at a time when the young ballerina (this is Savelyeva's first profession) was filming War and Peace by Sergei Bondarchuk, and Zbruev was already a popular actor. A fragile girl with bright eyes seemed to Alexander an angel. Thanks to her, he was finally able to forget the unsuccessful marriage with Valentina Malyavina. They were soon married.

Later Lyudmila Savelyeva, after the release of “War and Peace” on the screen, received the nickname “Russian Audrey Hepburn, played several more notable roles. Best of all, she succeeded in roles in film adaptations of the classics of Russian literature, for example, Serafima Korzukhina in Bulgakov's "Run" or Nina Zarechnaya in Chekhov's "The Seagull". But her family has always been in the foreground. In 1968, the couple had a daughter, Natasha. She grew up as a talented, creative child and even starred in Mikhail Kozakov's film “According to Lopotukhin,” but after experiencing personal drama and accidentally receiving an injury, she could not return to a full life.

Elena Shanina: theatrical novel

For a long time, Alexander Zbruev and Lyudmila Savelyeva were considered an exemplary married couple. But in 1974, a young actress Elena Shanina came to the Lenkom theater, with which the entire creative biography of Zbruev is connected. A fragile, fair-haired girl with huge eyes soon became a prima donna of the theater, and then went into legend as the first and best performer of the role of Conchita in the rock opera Juno and Avos by Alexei Rybnikov. Shanina fell recklessly in love with Alexander Zbruev, who was 14 years older than her. The famous actor and exemplary family man could not resist her sincere feeling. In 1993, the daughter of Shanina and Zbrueva Tatyana was born. Alexander gave the girl his last name and never stopped taking care of her. However, Elena realized that he could not leave the family and decided to let her beloved go. Despite the fact that the famous actress and very attractive woman never got married, she considers herself happy, because she has her independence and beloved daughter.

It is noteworthy that none of the three beloved women of Alexander Zbrueva ever speaks badly of him. Valentina Malyavina remembers her first love with warmth. Lyudmila Savelyeva remains a devoted wife. Elena Shanina speaks of him with gratitude for the short-lived happiness and her beloved daughter.
