Step 1
In order to make decoupage on a plate, we will take a flat plate of white or any other color. Degrease it with alcohol or dishwashing liquid. Wipe the plate dry. Apply acrylic primer with a sponge with stamping movements.
Step 2

Apply each new layer after the previous layer has completely dried. We apply several layers of acrylic varnish on top so that the soil does not deform when decoupage is applied to a plate.

We divide the napkin for decoupage into three layers. Leave the topmost layer. We neatly cut off the drawing along the edge so that there are no sharp boundaries. We dilute PVA glue with water in a ratio of 1/1 and pour a little on a plate. We put the prepared decoupage napkin in the center and smooth out the folds with a brush, helping with our hands. Remove excess water with a cotton napkin.
Step 4
Then, after the napkin is dry, cover the plate with several coats of acrylic varnish.
Step 5
Now we draw on the missing fragments with acrylic paints and select the drawing. Apply a contour if necessary. It is good for them to do various inscriptions on decoupage. We cover with more layers of acrylic varnish. You can use matte or glossy varnish.
