Step 1
A wide-angle lens is the best choice for panoramic photography. It is better to shoot from a hill: from a mountain, the roof of a high house in the city center, or the like. The best time for filming is early morning, sunrise. The light at this time is very soft, and there are few people. The main subject is not necessarily located in the center, but must completely enter the frame. Side items may be cropped a little at the edges.
Step 2
When shooting houses from the front, it is important not to lean to the side or lean back. With a proper frontal view, the building will be flat and static. Diagonal shooting in this sense is much more dynamic, more voluminous, as it captures more than one plane of the building.
Step 3
At dusk and at night it is best used with a tripod. Instead, you can use any stable surface: a table, railings, fences, car hoods, etc. For experimental purposes, slow down the shutter speed.
Step 4
You can't get rid of people in the frame, even at the best. Try to make them a highlight of the frame, part of the composition.
