Starting from early childhood, each child is invited to draw. However, at an older age, painting most often undeservedly fades into the background. Nevertheless, you can discover an artist in yourself at any age. Painting helps to express your emotions, relax, unleash your creativity and understand yourself.
It is necessary
- - paper;
- - palette;
- - paints;
- - brushes.
Instructions
Step 1
Forget about the possibility of doing something wrong. Try not to think about technique at all. Also, don't read the many books that teach drawing. Trust only your own intuition and imagination.
Step 2
Choose simple materials for your creativity. For example, at the first stage, it will be difficult for you to work with canvas and oil, so give preference to pastels or gouache. At the same time, buy good thick paper, a palette for mixing and several brushes of different diameters.
Step 3
Sit alone in a quiet environment. Lay out all the supplies and start drawing right away. For the first time, do not choose a specific plot: depict on paper everything that comes to mind. It may even be an abstraction. Your goal is not to be afraid to work with color, and also to observe how the colors behave in action.
Step 4
Next time, try to draw your own experience, childhood memory, or dream. Do not strive for a realistic drawing. Let fantasy, not reason, rule you. It is quite possible that anger or love presented on paper will turn out to be very interesting from the point of view of painting.
Step 5
Move on to more specific plots. Build a simple still life on the table, try to paint a landscape outside the window. Look for yourself in different genres. It is possible that you will suddenly start working out, for example, animals in motion or sunsets.
Step 6
Connect the technical and theoretical base if you feel the need for it. Satisfaction with creativity and the desire to draw further is a sure reason to gain additional knowledge. Proportion, layout, perspective, primer: dozens of basic concepts in painting will help you to better unleash your potential.
