To get the transformation skill you need to go through a certain quest - "More than meets the eye". Requires level above 50. Learn the first transformation on the second floor in the Ivory Tower, from the Wizard Avangarde. Without receiving this first transformation, it is impossible to receive others.

To receive transformations, you need to fulfill certain conditions. For example, a player should not have summoned pets or so-called Servitor to get transformation. Also, the player must not be riding the Wyvern or Strider to get transformations. In order to get the transformation, you need to disable certain skills, for example, Mystic Immunity. You cannot get transformation on a moving ship or on a ferry. If in a state of transformation the player receives a cursed sword, then he will become a cursed character.
