Spinning the ball on your finger is one of the simplest and most effective athletic tricks. This is not difficult to learn, only hard training and patience are important, as well as knowing the secret of this trick. And it is simple - in order for the ball not to slide off the finger during rotation, it is necessary to find the so-called heaviest point of the ball. To do this, put a ball (preferably a basketball) in any container of a suitable diameter, filled with water, and mark its lowest point.
Instructions
Step 1
First way:
Stand up straight with feet shoulder-width apart.
Keep the ball on outstretched arm (if dy are right-handed - on the right, left-handers are better off learning to spin the ball on the left hand). The marked point should be exactly on the fingers. Hold it on top with your other hand.
With a slight movement of the fingers of the hand on which the ball lies, twist it around its axis. And at that moment, when he hovers in the air, substitute your index finger under the marked point. The index finger should be pointed straight up.
Step 2
Second way:
The stance is the same as in the first case.
Take the ball in your hands and hold it at a distance of about half a meter from your face. In this case, the arms should be bent at the elbows. Use your fingertips to twist the ball in any direction that is convenient for you.
Throw the ball up, while remembering to twist it using your fingertips. Try to give the spin as fast as possible.
While the ball is at its highest point, place your index finger, pointing up, exactly on the axis of rotation. Remember that a ball that is thrown too high is difficult to catch, and there is a high likelihood of injuring your finger.
To prevent the ball from falling, add speed with your free hand. If done correctly, the centripetal force will prevent the ball from falling off the finger.
