It is necessary

  • - artificial leather
  • - zipper
  • -pieces of fleece fabric
  • -2 buttons
  • -satin ribbon

Instructions

Step 1

First, determine what size your pencil case will be and cut out an oval blank of the desired size from paper. Then transfer the pattern to the fabric and cut out 2 identical pieces.

Step 3

Next, depending on the width of the zipper teeth, cut a narrow and long hole. Attach the zipper to the wrong side of the hole and stitch it in with a neat seam.

Step 4

Now cut the eyes out of the fleece and sew on. Make the pupils out of the buttons. Cut the "hairs" from the satin ribbon and temporarily attach them with tape.

Step 5

Fold both parts of the pencil case right sides inward and stitch together. Please note that the zipper must be open so that you can then unscrew the pencil case. So that the seam does not wrinkle after turning out, you need to make small notches in the form of triangles along the outer edge.

Step 6

Now you can turn out the pencil case and decorate it with a bow. Done!
