The authorship of a drawing, like any other work of art, is determined by a number of criteria: the style ("handwriting") of the author, the choice of a certain range and theme, but the main factor in determining the author was and remains the signature. As a rule, it is placed in the corner of the picture and contains the initials or surname of the author.
Instructions
Step 1
The easiest way to sign a drawing is to sign your own signature, similar to the one you put on documents. It is advisable to keep it in the gamut of the picture and not make it too large. She should not attract attention and come to the fore.
Step 2
You can decorate your "official" signature with decorative elements: instead of one of the letters, put a figurine that will fit into the overall composition (a hackneyed trick: replace "f" with a beetle). Better to use embellishments as capital letters, it makes more sense and attracts attention as a subtle, appropriate joke.
Step 3
Compose the letters of the name completely from the elements of the composition. You can arrange the overall composition in the form of one of your initials. With this method of signing the drawing, the gamma of the signature should contrast with the main composition.
Step 4
Place your initials in the frame around the edges of the drawing. Its scale should be slightly lighter or darker than the main composition, depending on the size of the picture.
Step 5
Decorate your first or last name in a charade based on the meaning of the name, similarity to some other word, or in some other way.
