Creative people love creative solutions. Vinyl stickers - stickers are perhaps the fastest way to revive a boring interior or give your car an unforgettable look. They are printed on top of high quality vinyl film. This pattern can be purchased from online or interior design stores. Vinyl decals have an adhesive bottom layer, so sticking them to a smooth wall or car surface is easy.

Instructions

Step 1

Some design aficionados prefer to make vinyl decals themselves. To do this, you need a special film, a computer, a pencil and a ruler. Create an original drawing on the computer, process it in the vector program Corel. The drawing should be simple but expressive. It is better if it is monochromatic.

Step 2

Buy Oracal or Avery film (if you cannot find it in the store, order it online!) In the desired color from a stationery store or a building materials store.

Step 3

Spread the film of your choice on a tabletop or on the floor, glossy side down. Use a pencil and ruler to transfer your drawing onto the film. The reverse side of the film, lined with centimeter squares, will help a lot in this!

Step 4

Carefully cut out the outline with scissors. Flip it over with the glossy side up and stick the mounting tape on it. This will make it easier for you to glue the drawing to the selected surface.

Step 5

Use a dry cloth or soft brush to remove dust from the surface to be pasted. Mark with a pencil the places where the sticker will be glued.

Step 6

Place the back of the decal on the marked area and secure it with a strip of mounting tape so that it does not move. Carefully remove a part of the lined backing from the film, and glue the film itself to the surface, carefully smoothing it with a flat object (credit card, squeegee, wide plastic spatula). Gradually, part by part, peel off the entire backing while sticking the sticker at the same time.

Step 7

After gluing the entire pattern, smooth it out again with a squeegee to expel all air bubbles and glue the sticker perfectly!
