Eyes for rag dolls

You can simply match the buttons by color or choose a smooth white color and paint the iris and the pupil itself on them.

Make small drops of epoxy. Put them in a warm place for a few minutes so that the mass hardens a little, gently take a drop of epoxy with a toothpick and put it in the recess for the pupil. Do not go over the edges of the grooves and try to prevent bubbles from appearing in the resin. After the varnish and resin have dried, the eyes are ready, you can insert them.
