From time to time, the whole world trembles in anticipation of the next date, declared "the end of the world." Anything can be indicated as authoritative sources - from the Mayan calendar to the statements of famous soothsayers of the past.
The famous Bulgarian seer Baba Vanga is mentioned almost more often than others in conversations about the end of the world. It was she who spoke with particular interest on the topic of the apocalypse, but did not name the exact date - this is confirmed by numerous researchers of her amazing gift.
Who is Wanga
When Vanga was a girl, she fell into a hurricane - a tornado knocked her down, carried her across the steppe for a long time. As a result of her injuries, she almost completely lost her sight, but gained the gift of clairvoyance. With her gift, she learned well to manage, as well as to interpret her visions, but this happened a little later - by about thirty years.
During the Second World War, she attracted a lot of public attention when it became known that her predictions were coming true. Vanga could locate the missing people, diagnose diseases. She predicted the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, the sinking of the Kursk submarine, the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 and other significant events.
Vanga passed away in 1996, leaving many different prophecies. In them, she warned people, reported on impending cataclysms, natural disasters.
People who turned to Vanga to clarify certain circumstances in their fate, she could both help and refuse.
Did Wanga talk about the end of the world
The recent earthquakes in Japan have once again made the public remember the blind soothsayer. According to some reports, this was predicted by her, which means that Vanga's words can be trusted. She is credited with many sayings of this type: "Due to the fallout of radioactive fallout in the Northern Hemisphere, there will be no animals or vegetation." It is not always possible to interpret them unambiguously.
On the basis of vague phrases and statements, many take the liberty of claiming that Baba Vanga prophesied the end of the world.
However, Vanga does not find any specific prophecies either about Japan or about the future Apocalypse. Her niece Krasimira Stoyanova, who wrote a book about the blind soothsayer, claims that Wanga expounded most of the prophecies in a rather vague form. According to some, sometimes phrases similar to associative delusions were taken for predictions.
But Wanga often gave vague predictions regarding tragic events of global significance. She predicted terrible misfortunes for humanity, various ordeals, but there was something optimistic in her predictions. Vanga said with confidence that many trials lay ahead of people, but thereby she predicted the further development of life on Earth, and this suggests that the end of the world will still be very, very far away.
