A circular needle is a pair of straight or slightly curved needles connected by nylon fishing line or plastic tubing. With their help, you can create both a straight knitted fabric and a seamless cylinder. The set of loops on them is not much different from ordinary single knitting needles.

Circular knitting needles, yarn
Instructions
Step 1
Measure the correct length of thread to get started. It can be calculated: for each loop, depending on the thickness of the yarn, 1-2 cm is required. Put the marked place behind the thumb and forefinger of your left hand. Pass the thread from the ball from the index in front of the middle and ring fingers and behind the little finger. Wrap the free end around your thumb and leave the thread hanging.
Step 2
Fold the circular needles together in your right hand. Insert them into the loop on your thumb and guide them under the thread on your index finger. Return the knitting needles to the loop at the large one. Pull out the thread and release your thumb. The first step has been taken.
Step 3
Make a new loop from the free end and repeat the operation. When the initial row is dialed, carefully pull one of the knitting needles out from under the loops. Start knitting the main pattern.
Step 4
Prepare a more durable and decorative edge for the garment. To do this, measure out the thread twice as long as you need to set the first row. Fold it in half and leave the fold of the thread hanging free. Throw a single thread from the ball onto your index finger, and on the thumb, make a loop from the double end.
Step 5
Insert the folded needles into the loop on your thumb. Repeat the movements of the first method. The difference is that the loops are formed from a single thread, and their lower part is formed from a double thread. This beginning of knitting is called cord. After the end of the set, pull out the second knitting needle again and start knitting the main pattern with it.
Step 6
Use the third method if you cannot measure the original length of the thread correctly. On one of the knitting needles in your right hand, wind the turns according to the number of loops you need. Transfer it to your left hand, holding the typed thread spiral. Insert the second knitting needle in your right hand into the nearest curl through the far edge. Pull out the first loop and remove it on the right tool. Repeat this with each curl.
Step 7
Swap the needles again and start knitting. Sew an extra loop at the end of the starting row if you need circular knitting. It will help to avoid holes when going from one spoke to another. When connecting, transfer the extra loop to the first knitting needle and knit together with the first in the next row.
