Most of a person's life is occupied by work. Home and family also require no less attention. And now you notice how you begin to get annoyed over trifles, feel constant fatigue. How can you find free time for yourself and organize it as efficiently as possible?
Instructions
Step 1
Entrust some of the household problems to other family members. Stop in your own pursuit of excellence. Let the floor not be perfectly washed and the soup may be slightly salty. This is not a reason for tragedy. Be easy on these little things. Nobody gets hurt if, instead of a complex culinary delight, you make dumplings and serve them with a simple sauce.
Step 2
Plan your day in the evening. Write down the most important things in your diary, mark how many minutes you can spend on them. Try to stick to your schedule in the morning. If you've spent one hour shopping, spend that time shopping. Make a list of the foods you need in advance. Do not be distracted by extraneous phone calls and idle walks between the shelves.
Step 3
Try to start the day on a routine. When you need to wake up at 7 am, do not lie for an extra 15 minutes. This will not give you a good rest. But you have to get ready for work in a hurry. In the beginning of the bustle, it is easy to forget the phone or the necessary documents. The bustle of the house will not add a good mood to family members. Therefore, it is better to distribute the morning hours so that everyone can get together and have a quiet breakfast.
Step 4
You can make routine homework more fun. For example, put on energetic music. Or engage in self-education and listen to an audiobook, the necessary educational material. And you yourself will not notice how the pile of washed linen will be ironed and put into the closet. Buy headphones and no one will stop you from enjoying your favorite music or literature.
Step 5
Don't focus on one operation. But don't do ten things at once. Be consistent and accurate. Observing these simple rules, spend the time freed from everyday problems interesting. Create a cultural program with visits to theaters and exhibitions. Or have a picnic in nature, go hiking. Remember, weekends are primarily for relaxation.
