First you need to figure out what a fingerboard is. This is a very greatly reduced copy of a skateboard, on which you ride with your fingers, as the name of the finger itself says. Learning to ride a fingerboard is an order of magnitude easier than learning to ride its "big brother", but this does not mean that you will master the basics of riding a fingerboard in one or two days. The basis of riding any board is mastering tricks. And one of the top tricks every skate and finger boarder should learn is Ollie. It's worth starting with him.
Instructions
Step 1
This trick consists in tearing off the fingerboard from the surface by means of a jump. In this case, the fingers should remain on the finger.
Step 2
So, place your fingers in this way: the middle finger should be placed on the tail (tail) approximately in the area of the screws, while the index finger should be located approximately in the center of the board.
Step 3
Next, with the middle finger on the tail, make a sharp click on the board. It should be just a click, not a hit. Before clicking, your middle finger should be on the deck, but not in the air.
Step 4
At the moment of clicking, the fingerboard will begin to rise into the air. Here you need to move the board up with your index finger and set the required trajectory to it.
Step 5
Try not to lift your middle finger from the finger in flight. The index will play the role of a rudder, trimming the board at the right time and lowering it to the surface.
Step 6
During landing, both fingers should be in place - on the bolts. By the way, this trick is easier to learn on the spot.
Step 7
It is also worth saying a few words about another trick that is important for any fingerboard player - Pop shove-it. This is the second most difficult trick after Ollie. At the time of the jump, you need to rotate the finger in the horizontal plane 180 degrees.
Step 8
Start doing Ollie first. When the board jumps into the air, start twisting it towards you with your middle finger. As soon as the front (nose) swaps places with the tail, catch the board with your fingers and land.
