It is necessary

Beans, cardboard box, two coins or buttons, felt-tip pens, colored paper, felt, scissors, glue

Instructions

Step 1

There is an old Russian amusement - the "flea" game. It requires very few simple items: a small box 4-5 cm high and three dozen multi-colored "flea beetles". The fleas themselves are traditionally round plates the size of a large button. The ribs of the plates should be slightly worn down. When pressed, such "fleas" jump up. The faster and harder you press, the higher this projectile jumps.

Step 2

In the old days, "flea beetles" were made of wood. If you decide to resort to wood, choose linden. Ordinary buttons of various colors - two, three or four (according to the number of players) - are also suitable for these purposes. You will get very nice and simple "flea beetles" if you take beans of beans, while it is advisable to use beans of two colors.

Step 3

Prepare the playing field. It can be made from an ordinary candy box. The box can be rectangular or even round. Cover the box with colored paper. Make the sides one-color, and divide the bottom of the box into two parts, for each of which provide a different color. At the bottom, draw the marking lines - a circle in the center of the field and semicircles on each side near the "gate". The playground for our flea beetles is ready.

Step 4

Take a piece of felt or other dense material. Cut two small circles out of it. It is convenient to use a coffee cup as a template, which you can simply trace around the contour. Discs will be needed for some variations of the game. The fact is that beans jump better from a soft surface.

Step 5

There can be as many options for the game as you like, and you don't always need a playing field. The game is based on jumping "flea beetles". Press on the edge of the beans with a coin or button and it will jump like a living flea. Now all that remains is to establish the rules: to get a "flea" into a bowl, cover another "flea" with one, compete in the distance your "flea" is capable of jumping, and so on.

Step 6

The game board option requires two players. Put the field in front of you. Players with an equal number of flea beetles are placed in front of the field. The task is to get the beans into the opposite gate. If you hit your color, you can pick up the "flea" from the field and use it at the next move. If the flea is in the opponent's half without hitting the goal, the beans remain in place, the point is not awarded. The game lasts until one of the players runs out of all the "fleas". The number of "flea beans" can be different, for example, each team can put ten beans on the field.

Step 7

Such a game costs almost a penny, and it can be made together with children in just 15-20 minutes. Play and enjoy the old Russian fun.
