Lace has always been a symbol of femininity, elegance and luxury. Any girl or woman can sew a practical skirt from viscose lace in a large weave, which will become a universal basis for a wardrobe.
It is necessary
- - 1.5 m black lace with scalloped edge;
- - 55 cm beige satin (width 150 cm);
- - 75 cm of black woolen fabric;
- - threads made of viscose or polyester,
- - lightning
Instructions
Step 1
Before cutting the parts, do not forget to steam the entire material, as fabrics of different compositions give different shrinkage. First take 2 measurements of the waist and the length of the skirt (in this case, to the knee).
Step 2
The cut of the skirt is based on a rectangle, so measure the length of the skirt (55 cm) on the lace fiber along the scalloped edge, draw a line. Thus, prepare 2 identical rectangles from lace and satin.
Step 3
On satin fiber, taking into account the hem of the bottom, add 1.5 cm to the length. Cut out the details, leaving a waist allowance of 1.5 cm. Assemble the skirt starting from the top layer.
Step 4
Fold the lace in half with the right side inward and overlap with a zigzag stitch to preserve the lace pattern, that is, lay the flower over the flower. Do not forget to leave a space of about 20 cm for the zipper.
Step 5
Carefully cut the lace around the seam. Then fold the satin right side in, sew 1.5 cm away from the edge. Leave an unsewn space for the zipper.
Step 6
Iron the seam by folding the edges, then tuck them in, sew. This will create a sealing seam. It remains to arrange the bottom of the skirt.
Step 7
Tucking the edge 2, 5 cm, hem the hem evenly. Combine the lace part of the skirt with the satin one.
Step 8
Sew in the zipper between 2 layers of fabric.
Step 9
Next, at the waist, make large bow (opposite) folds 4 in front and behind, pin them off. Fasten the folds with a fixing stitch at a distance of 0.5 cm from the edge.
Step 10
Sew the wool belt 8 cm in the direction of the share thread. The length of the belt is equal to the waist circumference plus 6 cm for a loose fit and an overlap for fastening.
Step 11
The belt must be reinforced with a thin non-woven fabric with a perforated edge so that it does not deform and keeps its shape better. Sew on the belt. Attaching it right side to the face of the skirt, sew on the edge, reinforced with non-woven fabric.
Step 12
Remember to leave a small overlap on the clasp. Sew the sides, turn them inside out and fold the inner edge of the belt. And sew it again from the front side.
