The first and most important component is the gel base. You can buy it at soap shops or make your own. Take a bar of baby soap without fragrances and fragrances, grate it, and send the shavings to heat in a water bath. So you've got a soap base. Add 2 drops of each oil to the soap base, stir the mixture and you can start your morning shower. These scents also lift your mood and energize you.
You can add cane brown sugar or ground coffee to the soap base to give the shower gel an exfoliating effect.
