Hip-hop dance is a separate direction of dance art, where there are no clear rules and restrictions. An important role in it is played not so much by the movements as by the acting data of the dancers, since this dance to a lesser extent expresses the character of the melody, or even more so the text of the song. The main goal of the dancer is to attract the attention of the viewer, as well as to win the sympathy of the latter. Despite the fact that you can dance hip-hop to gangsta rap, the dance itself is very positive.

Step 1
Basic movements are elementary steps (steps) and quality. The simplest element of hip-hop dance: Stretch your right arm up, while simultaneously putting your right leg to the side and turning its toe to the right. Bend your right leg and transfer your body weight to it. Lower your right hand to shoulder level. The feet of both feet are firmly on the floor. Expand the body to the left and bend the left leg, and put the right leg on the toe. Drop down sharply on your right knee, rounding your back. Try to touch the floor with your hands. Straighten up.
Step 2
Turn your socks to the left, bend your knees a little, stand on a full foot. Put your spread fingers on your chest (your elbows are parallel to the floor) and press it in, at the same time, with a sharp movement, push your pelvis forward and round your back. Turn to the right or left, straightening your back, while the hands slide smoothly over the body down to the waist. Then tighten your buttocks, thereby lifting your pelvis up a little and round your back again.
Step 3
Standing on your left leg, bend your right leg and lift so that your thigh is parallel to the floor. Hands bent at the elbows must be held in front of the chest. Make a sharp twist and straighten your right leg. At the same time, the back should remain rounded. Then tilt the body as far back as possible, while the arms are straightened, forming a right angle (left - forward, right - up). It is important not to lose your balance.
Step 4
Place your feet slightly wider than your shoulders, while the right one is set back a little. Bend your knees a little, do not spread them to the sides, your knees look only forward. Place your right hand on your head, and keep your left hand at chest level, while clenching your fingers into a fist. With a minimum of effort, with your right hand pull your head as close to your shoulder as possible, at the same time the left arm unbends, but still remains at chest level. Simultaneously with the movements of the hand, the knee of the right leg turns to the right.
