Step 1
Learn to keep your balance. Balance exercises can be started long before you buy a bike. And you can do this during the most ordinary walks. Walk around the puddle along the curb, being careful not to step into it. Cross the stream over pebbles or a narrow log. Do this regularly.
Step 2
Lower your bike saddle to the very bottom. This is necessary so that you can get your feet on the ground at any time. Remove the pedals. Until you need them, they can cause injury.
Step 3
Choose a flat area near your home. There should be no potholes or bumps on the asphalt. Try to kick off the ground with your feet and drive a few meters along the path. Do this exercise until you learn to maintain a balance of 20-30 meters. Train like this for several days.
Step 4
Raise the saddle slightly. You should reach the ground with your toes. Continue your balance exercises.
Step 5
