Sew a pompom from some old hat on the back of the pants or skirt. The ponytail is ready. For the ears, we need a hair band, cardboard, glitter tinsel and glue. The ears cut out of cardboard are attached to the rim. Then the ears are painted and covered with sparkles and tinsel. And you can make hare ears from wire, which will play the role of a frame.
